I met Phil around two and a half years ago when he was just starting the UK (London) Franchise and SuperGlass became our repair vendor for the company I was then working for.
I bought a franchise in October 2016 because I believe in what SuperGlass stands for, honesty and fairness and they have an excellent glass repair process as well. This is a company that is going places!
The week’s franchise training by Phil was amazing, there was plenty of time for hands on franchise training, to ask questions, discuss not just the training but to talk and learn about how to run a franchise business. He is a brilliant mentor, so patient.
A weeks City Set up Week followed, cold calling and offering demos throughout, learning sales techniques, how to overcome objections.
So I am around 6 weeks in and starting to gain new customers, the support is always there on the end of the phone. Also there are opportunities to shadow other technicians to gain even more experience. Nothing is rushed, you go at your own pace.
I aim to grow the business and our reputation in Kent.
