Papa John's pizza franchise expands within the Edinburgh Franchise Territory

Franchisee, George Eastcroft has now opened his fourth Papa John’s franchise within his franchise territory in Edinburgh, this time in Blackhall, located in the North West of Scotland’s capital city.
George Eastcroft confirms:
“I joined Papa John’s in 2005. At the time, Papa John’s was new in Scotland and wasn’t that well known, so our main challenge was brand awareness. Fourteen years on and demand is such I have opened yet another store to cover the city better and grow our customer base! Now the challenge is to continue to always maintain the excellent quality of our pizza and service in line with our: “BETTER INGREDIENTS. BETTER PIZZA.” concept across all the stores. The consistency and high quality of our customer experience is central to serving up the best pizza in town and keeping our customers coming back for more!
“I achieve this by working closely with my staff and managers. I motivate them to deliver their best and encourage them in their career progression too, as I know the best people make the best pizza! For example: operations manager Frank Seale has been with me for 11 years. He joined the team while studying at university when he was just 18 and he has progressed through various roles and now manages the day to day operations of the four stores. Similarly, several other key staff have been with the team for eight-ten years also.
“The new Blackhall store is an exciting opening as it is one of the first to take on Papa John’s new look, which is more modern, fresh and fun, ready to appeal to customers of all ages and from walks of life. We have taken over the premises from a former independent pizza outlet, so we know there is a market. Now we are looking forward to introducing Papa John’s to new customers in the area hungry to try a slice or two of our top-quality pizza!”
