Franchise Launch in Glasgow for Bright & Beautiful

ECO-FRIENDLY BUSINESS LAUNCH FOR GLASGOW MUM

Lynn Hutchinson has spent the past 16 years playing a major role in one of the country’s most vital medical services, the Scottish National Blood Transfusion Service (SNBTS). But now she is swapping healthcare for housekeeping as she launches her own eco-friendly domestic homecare franchise business, Bright & Beautiful which will be creating a number of jobs for local women and men in Glasgow, through her housekeeping franchise.

Now Lynn, will set up her cleaning franchise territory within Robroyston in Glasgow, where she's been living with her husband and two young sons since 2005, will be managing a team of housekeepers to deliver ethical, professional and eco-friendly cleaning, tidying and laundry services using only non-toxic and eco-friendly cleaning products and equipment, through her Bright & Beautiful Franchise.

Having spent all her working life in a healthcare role Lynn wanted to find a new way of working that would allow her to take a new direction in her life, to have more flexibility in her working day as a busy mum and to stay true to her green values. With her new cleaning franchise business Bright & Beautiful she will also be creating a number of jobs for other women and men who want to have a career but not at the expense of family life.

Lynn says:

“Like many working mums I often struggled to work around home and family commitments. I’d often thought about starting my own franchise business and knew that the eco-friendly and professional service that my Bright & Beautiful franchise offers really would bring something very different to Glasgow families. I’m very conscious of using natural and non-toxic products around my family in my own home and know there is a real demand for this locally. Our practices such as car sharing and the products we use are all environmentally friendly and much better for the home and our health too.

“Having decided to take the plunge and be my own boss I’m really looking forward to working for myself, my family, my team and clients.”

Lynn’s business will also be supporting Autism Scotland and Bliss, a charity that works to provide the best possible care and support for all premature and sick babies and their families.
